CEO:
Make it premium. No clutter.
Turn scattered project inputs into one defendable direction. Riti ranks the forces, challenges assumptions, and clarifies what must lead. You export a stance document you can take into critique.

Make it premium. No clutter.
Creative Director:
If it looks like everyone else, we failed.
Brand Rules:
Keep the wordmark proportions intact.
Most projects don't need more opinions. They need a clear decision you can explain. When briefs, stakeholder requests, brand rules, trend references, and deadlines collide, designers often default to what feels safe or familiar. Riti helps you sort inputs by type, prioritize what must lead, and name the tradeoff you're making—so the direction isn't just a "look," it's a position you can defend.
Case LibraryPhase 1 Gather
Capture every input shaping the project.
When you start a project, Riti walks you through five phases — Gather, Classify, Weigh, Challenge, Translate — and produces a stance document at the end.

Maximalist 70th Anniversary Logo Refresh
Redesign the Maximalist logo for the 70th anniversary relaunch to elevate perceived premium value while maintaining brand recognition and long-term usability across key touchpoints.
Deliver a refreshed logo system that preserves recognition equity, increases premium perception, and performs reliably across editorial print, packaging, and production constraints (emboss/foil).
Persona A: Legacy customer (equity-protective)
High familiarity with the existing mark and strong attachment to recognizable brand cues. Sensitive to abrupt shifts that feel like brand replacement. Needs continuity and reassurance.
Persona B: New luxury buyer (credibility-seeking)
Evaluates brands quickly through premium signals such as typographic refinement, proportion, restraint, and material execution. Needs the mark to feel contemporary, credible, and not trend-generic.
Modernize without erasing identity. We reject "reduction as modernity." The strategy is to achieve premium through typographic refinement, proportion, spacing, and material-readiness—not through stripping character.
Stance:
Refine, don't replace.
Inks chosen to carry premium without falling into trend-minimal sameness — heritage blue anchors authority, ochre yellow holds attention without shouting, paper cream gives the mark room to breathe.
Bodoni's high-contrast strokes reinforce heritage and craft — the opposite of the geometric sans default that flattens luxury brands into sameness.
"We're increasing premium perception through refinement and material performance, while preserving recognition equity—so the brand evolves without becoming generic."
Stance:
In negotiation.
Inks chosen so the stance reads visually before the wordmark is parsed.
Typeface pairing chosen to enforce the stance — not as decoration.
Riti is a stance-negotiation tool for graphic designers. It sits between research and design, in the gap most designers cross without a method. Its name is a Sanskrit word meaning method and a way.
Most design processes treat the framing as given. The brief arrives. The designer accepts it and begins designing. Riti treats the framing as the first and most important design decision. Before you pick up a tool, Riti asks you to examine the framing you received and test whether it is the right one.
Riti does not generate options for you to choose from. It does not suggest directions. It asks questions. The answers are yours. The stance you produce is yours. Riti is the structure that makes it possible to produce that stance deliberately rather than by default.
To close the translation gap between design strategy and visual decision-making — so that every visual choice is traceable, defensible, and communicable to clients, creative directors, and teams.
Riti is designed to be outgrown. Its goal is to make designers better at their own thinking, not dependent on a tool. The case library is what makes Riti useful even after a designer has internalized the questions.
Human decides, AI assists. Riti's assistant never gives opinions; it asks the next useful question.
Stance is a position, not a style.
A defensible decision beats a beautiful one you can't explain.
The framing is the first design decision — name it before you make a mark.
